How it works:
Our ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS are the best way to ensure your system is running properly and will get you through the season seamlessly. Keeping your system running properly is the best way to avoid unnecessary costly repairs. With all of our Memberships, twice a year our technician will inspect and clean your home’s HVAC equipment, including split systems (air conditioner or heat pump paired with a gas or electric furnace), and geothermal systems.
Additionally, members have access to our filter bundles at a discounted rate.

At the time of maintenance, we will replace your filter with a customer-provided filter, or you can purchase a filter or Filter Bundle from Luxury at a discounted rate.
Customers with more than one HVAC system will receive a $50 discount on those additional HVAC systems.
* The accumulation of credit in the Replacement Savings Account is specifically earmarked for the replacement of the system we are maintaining. Those funds cannot be combined or used for other purposes sucn as repairs.
