Ok, so we may not have those fashionable Khaki “Members Only” jackets that all the cool kids had back in the 80’s, however, we can potentially save you so much money that you will be able to Ebay that sucker straight to your house!

How it works:

Our ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN is the best way to ensure your system is running properly and will get you throug the year’s season seamlessly. Keeping your system running properly is the best way to avoid unnecessary costly repairs. Twice a year our technician will inspect, clean and perform the following on your home’s system:

Let us call you to schedule annual maintenance!

Get set up on an annual maintenance plan and we’ll call you in the spring and fall to set up your appointments.

Spring/Summer Equipment:

(A/C or Heat Pump)

We inspect:

  • Coolant levels & pressure
  • Wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
  • Condenser coil & wash it out
  • Condensate drain
  • Outdoor disconnect
  • Condenser fan motor & blades
  • Compressor and check amp draw at startup
  • Filter

And we:

  • Clean the blower
  • Check & adjust thermostat
  • Check airflow
  • Clean the evaporator coil
  • Blow out the pan/cabinet

Fall/Winter Equipment:

(Furnace or Air Handler)

We inspect:

  • Heat exchanger
  • Burners
  • All wiring, contactors, limit switches, capacitors & relays

And we:

  • Blow out burners
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Check & adjust thermostat
  • Clean blower
  • Check gas pressure and check for gas leaks
  • Replace filter(s) (additional charge based on size)
  • Wipe down unit

(with heat pump)

  • Check all motor amps and start up
  • Check heat pump operation
  • Check heat elements/amps
  • Clean evaporator coil
