Service call rate is $120 which covers up to the fist hour, each additional hour is charged at $120 per hour.

If necessary, we will check to see whether your system is under warranty, order any parts needed and call you to schedule a return visit to replace your old parts with shiny new ones.

Payment is collected at time of service and we accept cash, check or credit card.

We will send a specialist out to take measurements, talk to you about your heating and cooling needs and answer any of your questions, like: “How does a heat pump work?”

Step 3

Once you select the option that best fits your needs, we will set up a date for the installation of yor new equipment.

Our technicians will remove the old equipment and haul it away. We install the new equpment and clean up after, leaving your home looking like we weren’t even there.

Keep your equipment running and looking like new by signing up for a Residential Maintenance Plan. Let us remind you when it is time for maintenance – we’ll call to set up your appointments and send out a technician who will clean and inspect your equipment. Luxury collects 50% down at the time that you sign the contract and the remainder at the time that we install your system.
